There was a pretty big event that happened today in our small town!
The dirt was turned!
A new Community Care Center (nursing home) is being built in our town. It is a the talk of the town (and community)! It is a $5.7 million facility! It should be up and running in a little over a year (that's the hope anyway).
Corbin took some pictures and killed our camera batteries!
But he took this artsy photograph!!!
And the best part of the day....he got to meet Senator Kent Conrad! It was hilarious! He was freaking out! I guess Kent Conrad and Santa are one in the same to him!

Wow Corbin, you met a Senator! Did he try to kiss you? Yuck! :o) Those guys are always shaking hands and kissing babies.
