I made a new batch of playdough for the boys....but I didn't have any cream of tarter....so they only got to play with it once and then it went in the garbage!

Stuck in the House!

Most days we feel stuck in the house. So we entertain ourselves with learning. We go over the weather, count, work on letters and sounds, color and do puzzles.
We paint A LOT!!

And we play pretend!

As a stay at home mom.....texting friends all day long is what keeps me sane!

Things I've Learned....

*painting is messy...but it keeps the kids QUIET and in one place for a very long time

*while the kids are taking a bath...clean the bathroom

*coloring with kids can be very therapeutic

*kids love to tell you ALL about what they color...so don't guess (because there is a good chance you will be wrong)

*cheerios can be used for so much more than just eating...glue them to paper, string them and make a healthy alternative to a "candy" necklace, etc.....

She is so sweet! She is 7 months old, a shnoodle, and is very good with the boys!

we painted the top yellow, middle blue, and then painted on the buses, cars, pickups, fire engine, and garbage truck. we left the bottom the dark blue.
